Micks is awesome! Be aware that they put coleslaw on the BBQ sandwiches so if you don't like it then let them know. My favorite is the ribs (meat falls off the bone-yum!), potato salad and BBQ beans. The catfish and sides are great too. The jerk chicken salad is great too! Prices are very reasonable. Not a sit down joint- walk up to the window to order or call ahead and pull around to the drive thru to pick up. They cater and you can also do large orders to pick up for parties. Overall- fav BBQ place in North Little Rock.

Crinkle Fries are great.... And yeah that's all. Ordered the special pork sand with fires and drink. I also order fried apple pie. I was not a fan of the mayonnaise coleslaw secretly added inside my sandwich. I hate mayonnaise (excuse me hate is a word I like to steer away from) I dislike with a passion and wish it would stay away from me at all cost. BBQ sauce to me tasted like fancy ketchup. Pork was actually dry to me. Fried pie nothing good to say about it. If you want to waste another $1.20 try it yourself. I will be passing up this place next trip up here.

The catfish is awesome! Ordered enough for a party of 15 and it was the first thing to go. The catfish is seasoned well with crispy edges. This will be where I go for catfish from now on. Hush puppies and cole slaw were standard but good. Prices are on par with surrounding places.

Flew into North Little Rock, was hungry for local food when we drove past this little place. Pulled pork with slaw was really good, deserves 5 stars! So does the service and the hush puppies. My plate only had 2 hush puppies and he made me extras for free when I asked for more. They were really good. Catfish, fried okra and fries, were good but not what I was hoping for. Guess I was thinking it'd be like the fish fry we had with our family last time we were here. But think it was just pulled out of the freezer. It was fast, hot and perfectly fried! I'd definitely go back. Did hit the spot.

Love Love the food and the ladies who work there. Use to go there all the time before I moved down south. When I moved back recently they remember me! Love the chicken strips ! and fried pies!!! and th fried okra rocks!!!

Went here with a co-worker for lunch today. Had a pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and corn on the cob. Great BBQ and some of the best potato salad I've had from a business. They use a tomato-based sauce so it was a nice change from what I usually eat.

Excellent BBQ, priced right. Only outside seating, but good for a picnic or if you are just passing through. Right off I-40 in North Little Rock.

I've only ever had the pulled pork sandwich, so I can't vouch for the beef, ribs, catfish, fried pies, or anything else on the menu. But when I want a consistent quality pork sandwich, this is where I go. Perfect amount of smoke flavor on the meat, good texture to the pork, and enough tasty, tangy sauce to ensure that you're gonna need a few napkins.
